Domestic Orders (Within India)

We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange window from the date of delivery.

You may raise a request within 7 days through our Returns Portal (powered by Return Prime)

We accept requests in the following cases:
Size / Fit Issue

  • Received Damaged Item
  • Received Wrong Item
  • Did Not Like the Product
  • Other Genuine Concerns (please share details while raising request)

Refund & Exchange Options

1.  Size / Fit Issue

  • Exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
  • Store Credit (Gift Card / Discount Code)

Refund to original payment method is not applicable for size-related returns.

2.  Did Not Like the Product

  • Store Credit only (Gift Card / Discount Code)

3.  Received Damaged / Wrong Item

  • Exchange (no additional cost), OR
  • Refund to original payment method (for prepaid orders)

We kindly request clear photos/videos while raising the request to help us resolve it quickly.

  • Store Credit (Instant)
  • Original Payment Method (only in case of damaged/wrong item)

COD / Manually Paid Orders

  • Store Credit
  • Bank Transfer (only in case of damaged/wrong item)

Important Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Items purchased during special sales may be eligible for store credit only We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. However, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please write to us at:

How to Raise a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order details
  3. Select reason and preferred resolution
  4. Submit request

Once approved, reverse pickup details will be shared.
