Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for items received in damaged condition, or if they have any manufacturing defects.

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. 

Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once. All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
